The following annual fees are due at the time of enrollment (paid once a year):
Registration Fee —$250
(new and returning students)
The annual registration fee reserves your child’s spot in a class, covers the cost of registration, grade placement, office record keeping, and our ACSI membership (non-refundable for all students).
Entry Exam Fee —$50
The exam fee covers assessment for each new student (due upon registration and is non-refundable).
Technology Fee - $100
The fee covers Sycamore school management system ((to check attendance/ grades, receive report cards, contact teachers, etc.)) as well as the SendHub texting service.
Textbook Fee —$400, Grades 1-8 | $250, Kindergarten | $200, TK
This fee covers the expenses for the main curricula (Abeka and BJU Press) as well as the Russian textbooks/workbooks, music/choir supplies, and other printed and digital materials.
Lab Fee —$75, Grades 6-8
After-school care program —$15 per child/hourly
Monday –Friday, 3-4 pm
(After-school care program is billed hourly, in addition to tuition and annual school fees.)
Families that withdraw in the middle of the school year are liable for 50% of the remaining annual tuition and forfeit their prepaid 5% discount.
