HBCA offers a 2.5% discount on annual tuition for returning students.
We offer a 10-month payment plan. Upon request, we may also offer a 12-month tuition plan to lower a monthly payment, August 1 through July 31.
HBCA offers continuous enrollment:
Continuous Enrollment
Continuous enrollment means your child’s enrollment automatically carries over from one academic year to the next. Families do not need to complete re-enrollment forms each year. This model simplifies processes for families and reduces paperwork. From December 1st – March 1st, there is an enrollment period where families may withdraw their child at any time by submitting a written notice.
The following annual fees are due at the time of enrollment (paid once a year):
Registration Fee —$150
(new students only)
The annual registration fee reserves your child’s spot in a class, covers the cost of registration, grade placement, office record keeping, and our ACSI membership (non-refundable for all students).
Entry Exam Fee —$50
(new students only)
The exam fee covers assessment for each new student based on school’s discretion (due upon registration and is non-refundable). All incoming kindergarten students are required to take a development exam. Students entering 1st-10th grade, may also be required to take the exam based on test scores and report card from previous school.
Annual Resource Fee —$700, Grades 1-10 | $500, Kindergarten | $450, TK
(Nonrefundable for all students)
This fee confirms your student’s attendance for the upcoming academic year, secures their place, and covers textbooks and other essential instructional resources like the main curricula (Abeka, BJU Press, and Memoria Press) as well as the Russian and Spanish textbooks/workbooks, music/choir supplies, and other printed and digital materials.
The following fees are due throughout the school year:
Lunch Fee - $1,100/year
This fee covers school hot lunches and may be paid in 10-month installments.
Late Pickup Fee —$15 per child/hourly
Monday –Friday, 3-4 pm
(Late pick-up fee is billed hourly, in addition to tuition and annual school fees.)
Oldest sibling attending HBCA is considered the 1st child.
Discounts apply to siblings from the same household only. Only one discount per family.
Tuition rates are subject to change with or without advanced notice.
